Sewa provides a CRM platform for service businesses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
We offer various subscription plans. Billing is performed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your customer data to third parties.
Sewa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Sewa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise under these terms.
