No! All reminders are sent directly from your own WhatsApp account. This means there are zero extra API charges or per-message fees for you.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your admin dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Do you provide training for my technicians?
Yes, we provide onboarding videos in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. For Pro users, we also offer live training sessions via Zoom/Google Meet.
